Welcome to Phuket Choice. By booking an experience through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Role

Phuket Choice operates as a curated booking platform.

• We carefully select and promote experiences operated by independent local partners in Phuket.
  
• Phuket Choice does not directly operate the experiences.
  
• Each experience is delivered by a third-party provider under their own operational responsibility.
  

Our role is to:

• Present selected experiences
  
• Facilitate booking and payment
  
• Assist with coordination and support
  

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made online through our website.
  
• Payments are processed securely via Omise.
  
• Payment confirms your booking request, not instant availability.
  

After payment:

• We confirm availability with the local partner
  
• Final details are sent once confirmed
  

If an experience is unavailable, you will be offered:

• An alternative experience, or
  
• A full refund
  

3. Prices & Inclusions

• All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB), unless stated otherwise.
  
• Prices include only what is explicitly mentioned on the experience page.
  
• Optional extras or upgrades may be offered by the local partner and paid on-site if applicable.
  

There are no hidden fees from Phuket Choice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the specific experience and local partner.

In general:

• If an experience cannot be confirmed or is cancelled by the operator, a full refund will be issued.
  
• Customer-initiated cancellations may be subject to conditions depending on the experience.
  

Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Changes, Weather & Safety

• Some experiences are subject to weather, sea conditions, or operational constraints.
  
• Schedules may change for safety or logistical reasons.
  

In such cases:

• We will communicate any changes as early as possible
  
• We will work with you to find a suitable alternative or solution
  

Safety always takes priority over schedules.

6. Participant Responsibility

By booking an experience, you confirm that:

• You are physically fit for the activity selected
  
• You meet any age, health, or safety requirements specified
  
• You will follow instructions given by the local operator
  

Local partners may refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.

7. Liability

Phuket Choice is not responsible for:

• Accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during an experience
  
• Actions or omissions of third-party operators
  
• Personal belongings lost or damaged during activities
  

All experiences are undertaken at your own risk and are subject to the terms and safety rules of the local operator.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Phuket Choice and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any disputes will be subject to Thai jurisdiction.
